Returns and Shipping
Shipping within Australia:
We ship our products from Brisbane, Australia and a tracking number is provided once your order is placed.
There is FREE Standard Shipping for orders over AUD $90.00
Standard Shipping for orders under AUD $90 costs $9.90 or $16.00 for express shipping within Australia.
We post Australia wide with Aramex and Australia Post or a courier depending on order size and location. If you require shipping outside of this, please advise during the checkout process.
Please allow 10 working days for delivery as Australia Post and timeframes may differ in some areas due to COVID. If you have any concerns over the status of your parcel, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Every parcel sent by our team is trackable from lodgement to delivery. In the rare circumstance that a parcel goes missing we will make direct enquiries with the delivery service to locate it as soon as possible.
All prices quotes via our website are in AUD currency.
Shipping to the USA and the UK is AUD $25 via DHL eCommerce, or FREE on orders AUD $250+
Shipping to New Zealand is AUD $19 via DHL eCommerce, or FREE on orders AUD $200+
Dispatch on Convo Ignite products:
We post every day (Monday - Friday) and aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours (normally by the next business day).
We do not currently allow for products to be picked up. Thankyou for your understanding.
In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective once received, please contact the Convo Ignite team within 48 hours. We check every item before it is sent and we always work with our customers to achieve the best outcome.
If you happen to change your mind on an unused or unwashed product then you are welcome to post it back to us (postage costs to receive and send the product are at the senders expense) for a direct exchange.
Once we confirm the product is in a brand new condition, a credit for the product’s value will be added back to your account on our Convo Ignite website so you can purchase an exchange.
You will understand, that unfortunately we cannot refund for a customers change of mind.
Any incorrect or faulty products are welcomed to be returned for a free replacement. Please email us on email@example.com for information on how to exchange. We will reimburse shipping costs if we receive the return postage receipt with the returned item.
